1. Welcome to PetnSale

By using our website, www.petnsale.com, or our mobile applications (collectively the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. You represent that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Arbitration Notice
Disputes between you and PetnSale will be resolved by mandatory binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or jury trial.
3. Privacy & Electronic Communications
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Site. By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, or mobile push notices.
4. Accounts
When you register for a PetnSale Account, you agree that:
- All information you submit is truthful and accurate.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- You are fully responsible for all activities associated with your account, including purchases and reviews.
5. Pricing and Product Descriptions
- Accuracy: PetnSale attempts to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, colors, and dimensions; however, we do not warrant that all content is error-free.
- Pricing: We cannot confirm the price of an item until you submit an order. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we may cancel your order and notify you.
- Taxes: PetnSale will collect and remit sales tax as required by law.
6. Order Acceptance and Resale Restrictions
The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order. No sale is complete until shipment. Products purchased from the Site are intended for use in the United States. We reserve the right to cancel bulk purchases or orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
7. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from PetnSale are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site contains valuable intellectual property, including trademarks (PetnSale, the PetnSale design logo) and copyrighted content (text, graphics, logos, images). Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
9. User Content & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for any content (reviews, photos) you submit to the Site. You agree not to upload any content that:
- Violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- Is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or harmful.
- Contains computer viruses or unauthorized advertising (spam).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all information are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PetnSale's liability for any damages related to your use of the Site or products will be limited to the greater of (A) fifty US dollars ($50) or (B) amounts you've paid PetnSale in the prior 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend your rights to use the Site or terminate your PetnSale Account at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.
