Returns Refund Policy

Free Returns to Store • Return by Mail

Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any of our PetnSale stores (Vernon Hills, Glen Ellyn, Woodridge) or to one of our petnsale.com warehouses within 60 days of purchase.

Returns may be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.

1. Return to a store (It's Free!)

Your local PetnSale store will gladly accept the return of your petnsale.com order within 30 days of the initial shipment date for a full refund. Returns made 31-60 days after shipment will receive a full refund as merchandise credit. To find the store nearest you, check out our Store Locator.

In order to process your return in-store, please be prepared to show one of the following:

  • Store Return Receipt: Printed at home or ready on your smartphone. Found in your Order History.
  • Purchase Confirmation Email: Printed at home or ready on your smartphone.

Important Notes:

  • Valid government-issued identification is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Orders placed using PayPal may be returned to any store within 30 days for a refund to the card of your choice or exchanged. 31-60 days will receive merchandise credit.
  • Returns without a receipt or made after 60 days are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Ship your items back

  1. Start your return on our website with your order number and email.
  2. Select the eligible items and the reason for the return.
  3. Print the shipping label provided. Note: Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Pack the items and ship them back to us.

Refund Timeline:

  • Items received within 30 days will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Items received within 31-60 days will receive a full refund as merchandise credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

At PetnSale, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our services (such as grooming and dog training). That's why we have our "Satisfied or It's Free" Guarantee!

Service satisfaction guarantees apply at PetnSale’s discretion and may vary by service type. Certain services may be non-refundable once completed.
